FINISH: Keep your back straight, arms fully extended. Lean slightly forward with your legs at 90- degree angle from the floor. Inhale to lower yourself, and bend the elbows. Press back- up into starting position and then exhale. Do 4 sets of 6 reps.

 Chin Ups and Pull Ups
